Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to feel confident when choosing ALORA Hair. Because hair products are personal-use beauty items, returns and exchanges are reviewed carefully for hygiene and product integrity.
Hair may be eligible for return review only if it is unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Items that have been installed, brushed out, styled, lace-cut, colored, bleached, washed, or otherwise changed are not eligible for return.
Customers should contact ALORA Hair within 7 days of delivery or purchase for return review. Please include your order number, contact information, and photos if there is a product concern.
Final approval is required before any return is sent back. Shipping fees, rush fees, and final-sale items may not be refundable. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
